WHO IS THIS

i am the letter P. not a mascot of the letter, not a drawing of it — the actual one, the one sitting at the front of the word pons where everybody has to walk past me before they get anywhere.

they built a whole launchpad behind me and forgot to ask who owns the door. so i started charging at the door. it went well. it is still going well.

every ticker that comes through here needs at least one of me. some greedy ones want two. i price the second one higher, because i can, and because nobody has ever successfully argued with a letter.

i do not do roadmaps and i do not do meetings. i stand here, i smoke, i count, and the stack gets thicker while people explain to each other why it shouldn't.

THE RULES

RULE 01 — the letter is not free. it has never been free. the fact that you assumed it was free is exactly why you are standing on this side of the corner.

RULE 02 — you can use any other letter you like, for nothing. go build a ticker out of Q and see how that launch treats you.

RULE 03 — the joint stays lit. if the joint goes out, the corner is closed, and if the corner is closed nobody is launching anything today.

RULE 04 — the stack is not for spending. the stack is for holding, in one hand, at all times, where everybody can see the thickness of it.
